El Salto

We strayed from the Carretera Austral to check out a series of waterfalls.

One of the many pedestrian (and ATV and small car) suspension bridges over wild rivers that allow people access to their lands and homes.
Foto taken from the bridge showing the end of the waterfalls upstream. A loud roar indicated something big.
We hiked up a steep trail for this vista. This is just a small portion
of the waterfalls.
Not sure what is more stunning…
