Then we drove into the countryside to a series of waterfalls named Tres Saltos. Yep, and there were 3 of ‘em.

It is really full bloom season in the Valdivian Temperate Forest!
El sendero (the path) to the top. It was quite a ways. Enough to be my daily workout! It was daunting enough that I stopped to rest twice!
Looking one way…and then the other:
The top (3rd) waterfall. I recognized this distinctive falls and it confirmed my suspicion that I’ve been here before (2001) …even though generally EVERYTHING everywhere is different from 24 years ago (surprise).
Still drop dead gorgeous.
