Puerto Varas

Founded by German immigrants in 1853, it offers views of the snow-capped volcanos Osorno, Calbuco, and Tronador.

The Puerto Varas lakefront includes a stunning visage of the stratovolcano Osorno across the lake.
A foto taken for me in 2024 by my buddy Don when he beat me to Chile by 24 hours when United canceled my flight to Houston.
This is one of the best fotos ever of
volcán Osorno and Lago Llanquihue.
