We stopped at the local olive oil cooperative. Things were hopping, as it’s the middle of the olive harvest.The cooperative manager is a friend of Martha and Doug and so we were allowed to take a close look at the production area.Ahh, the (almost) finished product. As you can imagine, a certain amount of filtering must take place.The finished product. 5 liter can for a little over $80…not bad!
