Taranto

Arriving late in the day in Taranto, the full moon was shining bright from my 3rd floor patio at my Airbnb.
Taken upon waking the next morning. The fishing fleet was going out.
Cozze (mussels) au gratin. Mmm
Creme caramel for dessert. (Closely related to Spanish flan)
Wide promenade along the sea

And what about the redhead?
Castello Aragonese was built in 1496 for the then-king of Naples, Ferdinand II of Aragon, on the site of a Greek fortification dating to the 4th century BCE. Taras (Taranto) was originally a colony of Sparta, founded in 706 BCE.
