Sorrento

At Molo Beverello in Napoli to catch the high-speed ferry across the Bay of Naples to Sorrento.
After a rough trip across the bay, in quite windy conditions, we landed at Sorrento marina.
Sorrento is up there on top of the rock
The road from the marina up to the city.
Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert that is incredibly rich. A chocolate delight…it took my body a couple of hours to come down from the sugar high.
Over the Bay of Naples
A public park lit up at night. This park is full of many groupings of a nice variety of tree specimens that are shown on a map viewable upon entry.
‘Tis the season.

    There’s also espresso in tiramisu. It’s not all a sugar high.
