Western Man

Heading to one of my favorite Rocky Mountain destinations – Cache La Poudre River Canyon, west of Fort Collins
Breakfast by the Poudre. The scent of white pine and the sound of the rushing water of a wild river on a sunny summer morning in the mountains…Sublime!

10,000 feet – it’s where I love to go in the mountains! So refreshing and cool when it’s oppressively hot on the plains.
Near La Poudre Pass the Cache La Poudre River begins its flow to the east and the Colorado River begins its flow to the west.
